Having classroom-wide discussions creates a sense of community, enhances the experience of sending your kids to the same class, and helps you learn valuable information that you might have missed otherwise.
It’s not always easy to create a discussion that includes the entire classroom. Parents are busy, and opportunities to meet the other parents are rare. Even when there’s finally a “Parents’ Night Out”, the atmosphere is usually not very conductive to meaningful discussions.
UpToUs has a great tool that enables parents to have discussions. Once you sign up and create an UpToUs community, one of the features that every UpToUs community comes with is Discussions. You can start a new topic, or join an existing topic. Having meaningful discussions with other parents has never been easier.
